Makexafrica Foundation is overseen by a technical board comprising three experts on finance, strategy, and communication. The board has a mandate to ensure organizational resourcing, organizational strategic-direction, and organizational sustainability. The board supports the director to oversee the management team, as well as teams of volunteers.
